Tablet of Nalvage swingset meditation

The point of this meditation exercise is to use the tablet of Nalvage as a focus. Before starting you should be familiar with the meaning and structure of the Tablet and the words it contains. A good explanation can be found here:

I’ve adapted this from the meditation practice introduced in the Sefer Yetzirah book written by Aryeh Kaplan, where you oscillate or “swing” between two states he calls the verbal “Binah consciousness” and the nonverbal  “Chakhmah consciousness”. This is in reference to the passage “Understand with Wisdom, and to be wise with Understanding”.

Chakhmah consciousness refers to the no mind -exercise where you stop thinking and merely exist, Binah to being as analytical and aware of yourself as possible. You do this by breathing consciously and concentrating on how your body feels like. Verbal part also includes reading the words from the Tablet and knowing their meaning.

On the other end of the “swing” your breathing becomes again an unconscious act and you’ll forget about your body. The deeper you go on the other end of the scale, the higher the “swing” will go on the other end. The longer you keep swinging between the states, the longer will the time be you'll be able to be in the Chakhmah consciousness state.

As for the Tablet itself, it obviously needs to be round and written with enochian letters. Do not forget the circle around the letter square part of the Tablet. As for methods of making it, you could just print it out and cut it to shape. Silk is a good material as well.
